Muay Thai Fundamentals
This month long curriculum cycle is tailored for beginners and those looking to refine their foundational Muay Thai skills, offering an accessible yet challenging introduction to the art of eight limbs. Perfect for newcomers or practitioners seeking to solidify core techniques, the class emphasizes fundamental movements, fitness, and proper form. Techniques covered are jabs, crosses, hooks, rear kicks, switch kicks, push kicks, knees, elbows, and an intro to the fundamentals of pad work.
All Levels
Adult Muay Thai
The All Levels Muay Thai program is for students with some prior experience who want to keep progressing in a community-driven environment with engaging drills. Classes cover authentic Thai techniques—punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and basic defense—while sharpening timing, combinations, and overall fluency. It’s a safe, welcoming space to build confidence, discipline, and respect, but the pace is best for those already familiar with basic stance, movement, and striking.
Intermediate & Advanced Muay Thai
Our Intermediaet & Advanced Muay Thai classes are built for experienced practitioners who want to develop fight-ready skills & competition-level understanding. Classes emphasize advanced combinations, precise footwork, layered defense, and intelligent pressure through fast-paced technical drills, situational sparring, & focused clinch work. Students will sharpen their timing, ring IQ, & tactical decision-making in a demanding training environment that expects strong fundamentals & serious intent.
Heavy Bag/Kickboxing
The Heavy Bag/Kickboxing class offers a dynamic workout for all skill levels, combining Muay Thai-inspired striking techniques with intense cardio to enhance endurance, strength, and coordination. Instructors guide participants through punches, kicks, knee strikes, and defensive movements, ensuring proper form while delivering a challenging, full-body workout that boosts stamina.
Combat Conditioning
Combat Conditioning is a strength and conditioning class built specifically for combat sports. It blends targeted strength work, endurance training, plyometrics, balance, and mobility so you can hit harder, move better, and sustain higher output over each round. The session is designed to support Muay Thai and kickboxing performance—developing power, core stability, and resilience—while still delivering a complete, high-intensity workout for general fitness.
Kids Kickstart Saturdays
The Kids’ Kickstart Saturdays Martial Arts program combines Muay Thai’s striking techniques with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu’s grappling skills, creating a comprehensive & engaging experience for children ages 8-12. It promotes physical fitness, discipline & self-confidence in a supportive environment, teaching kids strikes, coordination, & ground-based techniques. Instructors guide students at their own pace, fostering martial arts proficiency.
