WHAT TO KNOW FOR YOUR FIRST DAY

  • atlanta roots Come dressed comfortably for a workout and arrive 30 minutes before class to ensure you have plenty time to get ready for your first class.
  • atlanta roots You will be greeted by a member of our guest services team, given your gloves, and introduced to our coaches.
  • atlanta roots During class, you will be introduced to basic strikes and kicks, will sweat a LOT, and best of all have fun!
  • atlanta roots Parents and caretakers of children are encouraged to wait in our reception area or watch from the side. We will take excellent care of your child while they have fun and learn about the sport of Muay Thai!
